Elm City Tickets is a service provided by Long Wharf Theatre, the Tony Award-winning regional theatre based in New Haven, CT, and backed by the secure cloud-based ticketing website Spektrix. We can be your virtual ticket sales concierge, providing dedicated box office coverage at a fraction of the cost. Patrons can purchase tickets on our easy to use website 24 hours a day. If your patrons would like to speak with a customer service representative to find the right seating solution for them, call us noon to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. We work with companies of all sizes to provide customer service that matches the excellence of your presentation.

User-Friendly Platform

Utilizing the secure cloud-based software Spektrix, our ticketing site is designed to be easy. Customers are able to purchase tickets online 24/7 on laptop or mobile devices, or during the week with the help of our Box Office team. In addition to assisting in customer purchases, our Box Office Team manages patron inquiries via phone and email support. With clear seating plans and an engaging interface, we simplify ticketing experiences, leading to increased sales and satisfaction.

Customers can access ticketing purchase paths through our Elm City Tickets site on a dedicated page for your organization’s events or through an integrated ticketing portal we can help build for your organization’s website.

Local Box Office Staffing

For our local partners, we offer a Box Office Staffing package at in-person events. Our Box Office team can set up at the venue, assist in any onsite ticketing needs with patrons, and dispense will call tickets.  

Pricing/Affordability

Elm City Tickets offers a relationship, and each relationship is unique. We offer a variety of different Offerings Packages and Pricing Packages to best suit your organization’s needs. We work to make our ticketing packages affordable, and most fees can be passed along to the ticket buyer in the cost of the ticket, leaving a virtually no-cost solution for white glove customer service, one-on-one strategy, and advanced ticketing software and reporting for your event.
